Nine Summer Lessons with flexible Scheduling and a guaranteed lesson time slot in September. Plan your vacations, summer camp, whatever you need, it doesn’t mean you have to quit lessons in the months of July and August and risk having to wait for a time slot in September. With our unique Summer Package you can enjoy nine lessons without interrupting your summer plans. All you have to do is inform your instructor the weeks you are planning to take off, and he/she will create a summer schedule just for you. As a result, you might have one hour lesson and/or multiple lessons throughout a given time period in order for you to use up the nine half-hour lessons and create time for your getaway. When the summer is over, your original scheduled time slot will be reserved for you.

The program instructors are University and/or College trained musicians who are passionate about teaching. They come from a variety of musical backgrounds and will help you learn any style from rock, jazz, fusion, reggae, punk, classical, latin and more.
Students will learn the fundamentals of music, from technique, sight-reading, rhythm and theory while exploring their favourite styles of music and songs. Guitar, bass, keyboard and vocal students will also learn about melodies, scales and chords, while drum students will learn essential drum beats, fills and patterns.
Students will be given weekly recommendations for practice. They will also receive constant feedback about their playing and development. Term report cards will be given with grades, comments and suggestions. Students showing strong development will be chosen to perform in the Jammer’s Choice Recital with a live band.

Payment is due two weeks prior to beginning your next term (month or semester).
Each student will be allowed one cancellation per semester. The cancellation will require 24 hours notice. For that one cancellation, a make-up lesson will be offered to the student within that semester. (Make-up lessons will not be taught during your regularly scheduled lesson time.)
Students calling to cancel after 11:00 am the day of their lesson, or who do not show up, will not be offered a make up lesson. Students who are absent after using their one cancellation, will not be offered a make up lesson.
